Payment and Cancellation Information
I ask for all payment to be made ahead of our sessions together. Once payment is received, I will block out our agreed time in my diary and decline any other booking requests I receive.
Please note that bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.
If you need to cancel, please note I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
In the unlikely scenario that I need to cancel a session, I will refund 100% of the payment made at the time of notifying you of the cancellation.
If you are booking a postnatal session/s or care package with me before your baby is born, I ask for 50% of the total payment to be made ahead of the booking. This ensures I block out the necessary time in my diary to be there for you when you need me, and manage my caseload appropriately.
If booking a postnatal session/s or care package with me once your baby is here, I ask for the full payment to be made ahead of the booking.
Discounts
Please note that if you purchase any antenatal session or package alongside a postnatal session or package, you will receive a 10% discount off all sessions booked.
I also offer discounts to those on low-incomes. It is a privilege to work with you, and I appreciate that private care can be an unaffordable expense. If you are interested in working with me but the prices listed are not within your price range, please get in touch and we can find a way to work together.
