Whether you are looking for a one-off session or a package of care, I offer a range of services to ensure you feel informed, empowered and supported during pregnancy, labour, birth and beyond.

The care that I offer is designed to meet you where you are: whether you are feeling anxious and fearful of birth, want to learn more about your options or are experiencing postpartum feeding challenges, I am here to support you.

We say that raising a child takes a village, and yet many of us ask ‘well where is mine?’ I am here to be a part of your village and to really stand alongside you, every step of the way. I am based in south London and offer both in person and online sessions. If you have any questions or would like to book in a session, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

For many clients working with me, their care will still include seeing their NHS midwives and obstetricians too, and I welcome this working relationship.

I hope that in our sessions we can allow for a more holistic approach to your pregnancy and postpartum journey, without time constraints and busy and overflowing clinics restricting you from getting the care that you need.

It is also important to me that birthing education is open and accessible to all.

Therefore, if you are interested in working with me but feel the prices listed are unobtainable to you, please do get in touch.

I will do my best to provide the care you need in a way that is manageable and affordable.

The benefits of private and continuity of care are clear. Every woman and birthing person should have access to this, and yet sadly the current state of our NHS maternity care services often means fragmented care with different midwives and healthcare professionals at every appointment. The benefit of working with me is that we can build a relationship where we get to know each other to create a relationship built on mutual trust and respect.

Continuity of care (CoC) has shown to increase the likelihood of physiological birth and reduce the rates of interventions such as induction of labour, assisted vaginal birth (such as forceps) and emergency caesarean sections. Additionally, CoC has also shown to reduce the length of labour and the need for pain relief. Meanwhile CoC has been seen to increase the number of women feeling supported to exclusively and successfully breastfeed, whilst in turn reducing the number of women experiencing poor postpartum mental health, including postnatal depression and anxiety.

All of this means that CoC supports women and birthing people to see their birth experience as a happy, meaningful, special time, even if things don’t go to your original plan.
